Rain Out Policy

Spectators:
For events that start and are cancelled due to inclement weather:
Rain checks will be honored for all tickets purchased at front gate 2 hours or less prior to the Official Rain Out time as determined by HMP. Eligible Spectators only need to keep their original HMP issued admission ticket and may use such ticket at any future HMP Event as an admission credit up to its original face value. This also applies to any advance purchased tickets from a HMP authorized ticket seller (Ticketmaster, O'Reilly Auto Parts, etc.) that hav been turned in at HMP's front gate for admission to an event. Any advance purchased tickets not turned in at front gate from a ticket seller are only valid as rainchecks for the rescheduled event. No refunds will be given under any circumstance.

Should an event be cancelled or rescheduled prior to the event gates opening time:
Rain checks will be issued for all advance purchased tickets obtained from any HMP authorized ticket seller (Ticketmaster, O'Reilly Auto Parts, etc.). No refunds will be given under any circumstance.

Participants:
Should an HMP Event be rained out prior to its completion, that Event will be rescheduled. Any participant unable to attend the rescheduled date will be issued a credit for the face value of the entry fee and such credit may be applied towards the entry fee for any future event. Only those purse monies actually earned and due through completed, final, race standings at the time of the rain out will be issued on the day of the rain out. All other purse monies will continue to be guaranteed at the rescheduled date. In the situation that an event cannot be rescheduled, all participants will be issued a credit towards the face value of the entry fee that may be applied at any future event. Due diligence will be taken by HMP to not conflict with a similar event at another local facility. No refunds will be given under any circumstance.

This policy may or may not apply to events held at HMP but leased to outside individuals, promoters or companies. Please contact those parties for exact details regarding their rain out policies.
