2010 Points Fund Eligibility ($$$$)

1. Points are assigned to Drivers. Points Fund Monies Are Paid to Drivers Only.
2. Drivers must not have been DQ’d for unsportsmanlike conduct during the 2010 season. (See 2010 Track Rules, Section 22)
3. Cars must display the provided Series Sponsor decal at top center of windshield.  If no windshield, then decal must be placed at front center of roof. NASCAR classes must also display NASCAR contigency stickers on vehicle per NASCAR guidelines. All race vehicles must display Houston Auto Auction decal.
4. Points fund monies for NASCAR classes are paid by NASCAR. Legends points fund monies are paid by HMP.

Drivers of all classes except Legends may drop one race for determining Year End Class Champions and Point Standings.  This also excludes rainouts. All Legends races will count.

*Fiesta Sponsorship Eligibility

1. Place Fiesta logos prominently on vehicle.
2. Commit to minimum of 3 appearances during 2010 season.
3. Compete in all but three of 2010 scheduled races except for circumstances out of Driver’s control.  Ex.  Race car is wrecked beyond repair at 5^th event of season, death in family, etc.
4. Driver sponsorship is per Fiesta’s final approval.
